Our Terms
Custom Orders.
By submitting payment for your order you accept that Mystic Earth will create a piece of jewellery for you as per any telephone conversations, email or mail. As the piece will be researched and designed for you, you will not have seen the finished piece before completion.
Custom pieces are only returnable if faulty, in this case, repairs will be carried out free of charge.
Mystic Earth reserves the right to cancel any order if payment or delivery details prove to not to be legitimate.
Delivery Information
Our standard shipping cost is £2.99 for UK mainland orders. We always try to mail
International orders for the standard amount, however, in some cases there may be
an extra charge which we will notify you about. (If at this point you decide not
to continue with your order we will issue you a refund.) We aim to ship within 24
hours but some items take time to create so please allow 7 -
If you are unhappy you can return your purchase to us for a full refund, minus the shipping cost within a 7 day period. Please return the item to us in its original packaging and in an unworn and unused condition.
Special Design orders cannot be returned unless they are faulty as they have been created especially for you.
